We Found Winter Staples to Upgrade Your Capsule Wardrobe—All Under $50

This winter, I'm on a mission to create the perfect capsule wardrobe without breaking the bank. Luckily, Amazon has tons of high-quality basics that you can wear for years to come—all for under $50.

As a first-degree outfit repeater, I'll be adding a few new sweaters to my rotation. For under $20, this V-neck sweater is lightweight enough to layer in cold weather or wear on its own in the spring, so I know I'll get my money's worth. I'm also obsessed with this oversized pullover; it's soft, cozy, and comes in both vibrant and neutral colors. With its perfectly slouchy fit, it works well with leggings, skirts, and jeans.

As far as base layers go, this Gap turtleneck is comfortable and warm, and it’ll look good whether you wear it solo or style it under a cardigan or tee.
